(More customer reviews)I'm pretty sure I was sent a refurbished unit, since the headphones that came with it look suspiciously like mint green iPod headphones. I told Amazon and they were great, as always, giving me the opportunity to return the product. I decided to keep it since I needed it immediately, so Amazon refunded me 20% of the cost for the inconvenience. However, a week later the charger fell apart. It literally came apart in my own hands. I put it back together, but that only lasted a couple of weeks. It's now been a month and I have a dead mp3 player and no way to charge it. Not worth the money.
