(More customer reviews)This item was purchased for an 7 year old and the display looks like it's simple enough that she can operate it - that is if we could load the music on it. The device refuses to load anything. We've followed the instructions, step by step, over and over again. Even the program that came with it, to play your music on the computer - Media Manager - can't get the darn player to even say that it's available. Thinking that this might be my computer, I've had several others try to get it to work on theirs, with the same results. The price might have been good, but what's the use of getting a good deal if the product doesn't work? On top of that, this was a gift from the big man with the white beard, so we're not sure how to return it to get our money back without raising suspicions. In the meantime she's totally upset that the one 'big' gift she asked for - she can't use.
