(More customer reviews)This item is truly a piece of junk. The MyDJ function is a great idea, but every time I tried to use it (using Windows Media Player) my computer crashed. When on the "shuffle" feature, songs would be repeated - a lot. You'd hear one song, hear another one, and then be back to the one you just heard; skip past it and hear it again 3 songs later. Customer service told me to reselect Shuffle (I did that repeatedly, it made no difference). Within 1 month, the battery needed charging after only 6 hours of use. And now the final insult is that after 3 months of ownership, it started warbling (like a scratched record) and then died...permanently. Seriously, an absolute waste of money. Very disappointing. We bought this during our last visit to the States and are back in the Caribbean. There is no way to return this for a refund or repair. Annoying.
