(More customer reviews)I bought this mp3 player for my husband. He is an active duty army truck driver, and there is no radio in his semi. Received it in the mail very quickly. When I went to download selected songs from my computer to the device it downloaded every song from my library. To make matters worse, when I went to delete the files off of the player the songs deleted but it still listed them on the player. It also shows there is a lose of memory. In the users guide it states that there is a way to put a hold on the device so it doesn't skip if it's in your pocket. I followed the instuctions but could not find the hold section on the device. I would NOT recommend this product to any customer.
