(More customer reviews)We attempted to pre load my daughter's music and have it ready to use Christmas morning but although the item turned on, it wouldn't change screens,etc. My son who is our resident expert on MP3 players tried everything he could think of and still no luck. We bought the item through Circuit City who promptly agreed to take it back at their expense and emailed me a shipping label. Since it was only a week until Christmas, we chose to buy a different MP3 player from a local store. It didn't have the screens, etc. but it worked Christmas.
