(More customer reviews)I had a disappointing experience with purchasing this device. After I charged the MP3 player for a few hours and was ready to use it, the device would not turn on for more than a few minutes. It would shut down immediately after I turned it back on. I was not able to use it at all. I was also disappointed with the seller, Beach Audio, because they initially ignored my attempt to communicate with them about the defective product.
