Loaded MP3 files onto unit as per instructions. Disconnected from computer, and tried to opperate the unit with provided headphones, the unit would not turn on. The unit would only turn on if connected to the computer, or a power source. Called manufacturer customer support, went through trouble shooting with them, and determed that the unit was bad. Amazon authorized a return/exchange so I exchanged it for another one.
