(More customer reviews)I bought this MP3 for my daughter last Christmas. It broke withing a month. The power switch just stopped working. Contacted Memorex and after sending a lot of information back and forth, I sent the defective one back and received a new one. Exact same problem occured again within 2 weeks. Has to be some sort of design flaw. We are now looking for another better quality product for her.
