(More customer reviews)Quite often I have had to reset it. I like how the sync works, but hate the other aspects associated with itunes. As for the hardware, I bought a rugged case for it and it has stood the test of time pretty well. I used it my truck to play vids and music on my flip screen, and now in my car to play music.
