(More customer reviews)Absolute garbage. Bought two for Xmas, after ~ 1 week, they stopped working. Either they are no longer recognized by your OS, or the screen is blank, rendering the unit useless. I returned both of them and, lo-and-behold: THE REPLACEMENTS STOPPED WORKING.
Support is a joke You send an email and never get a response! Three emails later, I have yet to hear back from these people. Never again! Say what you will about Ipod prices, etc, but my four-year-old Ipod is still working flawlessly...
